Improved Cooling - Loaders
As operators trust compact equipment to run longer and do bigger, more difficult jobs, better cooling is essential. The R-Series cooling system is completely redesigned for optimal operation and maximum uptime.
Reversible Fan
The reversible fan reduces maintenance and downtime while increasing productivity. It increases uptime by purging debris buildup from the rear screen, reducing the need for manual cleaning. An auto mode reverses airflow automatically, and operator-controlled purge mode gives you the ability to reverse the fan at any time.
Louvered Tailgate
Heavy-duty steel louvers allow the airflow needed for optimal operation, but still provide a frontline defense against jobsite debris. A steel screen inside the tailgate adds a second layer of protection from debris, and the fan pulls cool air in through the tailgate to significantly reduce temperatures inside the engine compartment.
Larger Hydraulic Hoses and Tubelines
Auxiliary hydraulic hoses and tubelines have increased in size from ¾-inch to 1-inch diameter, which allows hydraulic oil to flow with less restriction. This creates a more efficient flow that ultimately leads to cooler operating temperatures.
High-Capacity Radiator
A larger, higher-capacity radiator increases cooling ability in most operating conditions.
