Pro Clamp System™

At times, you need to pick up and move objects with your compact (mini) excavator. Many brands offer clamps, but only the Pro Clamp system lets you change the orientation of the clamp. That means you can grab objects of many different sizes. You won’t find this attachment on Caterpillar®, John Deere®, or Kubota® compact excavators. It’s an exclusive Bobcat® excavator feature. Watch the video to see for yourself.

Pro-Clamp System Overview

Using a compact excavator clamp that can do many different tasks means greater productivity on your jobsite. The Pro Clamp™ system gives you the confidence to grab large, irregular objects with a wider bite. You can also switch the pin-on work tool for additional functionality.

Bobcat vs. Other Brands

Many brands of compact excavators offer clamps, but only the Pro Clamp system lets you easily change the orientation of the clamp, giving you the ability to grab differently sized objects. With the optional grading tool, you can use the same attachment to smooth trench bottoms and even clean up spoil. When comparing Caterpillar, John Deere, or Kubota compact excavators, you won’t find anything like it. Only Bobcat brings you the benefits of an advanced clamp system.

How We Test Equipment

Bobcat Advantage behind the scenes testing equipment video.

When you’re shopping for a new machine, it’s easy to compare specs. After all, that’s the best way to compare machines, right? Not quite. With specs, you’re only getting part of the story. They don’t measure real performance on your jobsite and that’s what matters most. It’s the reason we put top brands through the paces with fair, accurate, and repeatable tests. Watch to see how we developed the tests.
