At Bobcat Bootcamp, we bring all of our co-ops together for equipment training for half of the day. You’ll get firsthand experience seeing our products at work in the field. We also bring in competitor equipment, so you can really see what makes us stand out against others in the industry. The other half of the day, enjoy a tour of the West Fargo North American Headquarters and have a meet and greet with directors/VPs.
Students tour our 750,000-square-feet Gwinner factory to see how our Bobcat loaders, utility work machines and attachments are made for half of the day. For the remainder of the day you’ll have the opportunity to ask a panel of Bobcat employees questions related to skill building and professional development, their careers, life after college and more!
At our Bismarck Acceleration Center, you will join a team and be challenged to solve an innovation question. For example, what’s a product you would propose that we can enter the market within the next three years? Once the challenge is completed and ideas pitched to the crowd, winners are voted on by a panel of directors/managers from Bobcat. Teams can be recognized for being the crowd favorite, most unique and best overall and will win prizes. You’ll also be given a tour of our state-of-the-art Research and Development Center, which includes a full lab with a sound chamber and indoor digging area.
